DELIVERY FAQ

1) Who can I contact if I have a question about a delivery?

2) How does the Standard delivery work? 

If you place your order before 1pm, your order should arrive in 2-5 days.

3) What happens if I am out when delivery is attempted?

You don't need to do anything
Our courier will try to deliver again, normally on the following day, or they will let you know if they need more information to complete the delivery.
We will send a notification as soon as your parcel is out for delivery again.
